Fun and stress-free - 4 simple steps

1 Register

Click Start fundraising and tell us about your school. We’ll email you a personal link to create your organiser account.

Log in, add your delivery address and delivery dates, and add your classes and pupils. Importing your class lists from a spreadsheet using our template takes minutes. Our organiser guide walks you through every step.

Once your details are in, order your art forms. Your project pack arrives within 3 working days, containing everything you need to run your project:

  • Class envelopes with a named art form for every pupil you’ve added
  • A courier box to keep for returning your finished artwork
  • Advertising posters
  • Inspiration sheets
  • Your organiser guide

When your pack arrives, agree a timetable as a staff team that fits the project in comfortably.

2 Artwork Time

Before you start, read the artwork guidelines, printed on every art form and in your organiser guide. Use the inspiration sheets in your pack to get ideas flowing, then let the children get creative.

Tip: if time is likely to be tight, set the artwork as a homework activity.

Please don’t photocopy the art forms. Each one carries a unique code that links the child’s artwork to their online order. If you need extra forms, email us and we’ll send more.

When a class has finished, return their forms to the class envelope. Once every class is complete, pack the envelopes into the courier box, then log in to your organiser account and request your collection. The sooner it reaches us, the sooner your order is made.

3 Ordering

As soon as your artwork arrives, the design elves in our workshop scan and prepare every drawing for print.

Within 3 to 4 working days of receiving your completed art forms, we send back personalised postcards, packed by class, ready to hand out to the children. Each postcard shows the child’s drawing, with their QR code and artwork code so parents can log in straight away.

Parents register in the Parents Shop, add their artwork code and see their child’s drawing on every product before they buy. They order and pay online, so there is no money or paperwork for your staff to handle. Depending on your key date, parents have one, two or three weeks to order. Our parents’ guide shows them how.

4 Delivery

Your finished orders come back to school by courier, free of charge, on the delivery dates you set in your organiser account, in two or more deliveries. Greetings cards arrive first as these are always wanted most urgently, so hand each delivery out once you have checked it rather than waiting for the rest.

Every order is individually labelled with the child’s name, class and order number, and boxed by class, ready to hand out.

Please check each delivery before you hand it out. If anything is missing or damaged, email us within 7 days of that delivery arriving. We replace it free of charge and courier it straight to you.

Follow the recommended timeline below and your campaign will run comfortably. The date not to miss is when parent orders close, because that fixes your school’s commission. If you get ahead of the timeline, even better: your parents get longer to order.

Our fast track

Thursday 10 December is our final close for parent orders, so artwork must reach us by Friday 27 November at the latest. After that we cannot deliver before Christmas, and we are not able to make exceptions. If you think you might miss it, talk to us before the date rather than after.
