Help & Resources
Everything you need , all in one place
Running a fundraiser should never feel like another job on the list, so we've done the groundwork for you. Your project pack arrives with everything printed and ready to use, and every guide, poster and inspiration sheet is here to download whenever you need another copy.
If you can hand out envelopes and pack a box, you can run a Funds4School project. We look after the scanning, printing, parent ordering and delivery. You and your children bring the creativity.

1 Organiser Guides
Your step by step companion
Our organiser guide walks you through the whole project, from setting up your organiser account to handing out the finished orders. It’s written in plain, simple steps, and a printed copy comes in your project pack so there’s always one in the staffroom.
Start with the class list template. Fill it in from your school system, save it, and import it into your organiser account to add all your classes and pupils in minutes.
Organiser guide
Everything the person running the project needs: your account, adding classes, ordering art forms, returning artwork and handing out orders.
DownloadClass list template
Add your classes and pupils in one go. Please keep the column headings exactly as they are so your list imports correctly.
DownloadParents' guide
Share it with parents in your newsletter or on your school app. It shows them how to register in the Parents Shop, add their artwork code and order.
Download2 Artwork Guidelines
A few simple rules for brilliant results
Every drawing is scanned and printed exactly as the children create it, so a little care at the start makes a big difference to the finished products. These guidelines are printed on every art form too.
What to use
- Water based paint
- Coloured felt tip pens
- Coloured pencils, pressed on firmly
Bright and bold works best
How to draw
- Keep the drawing inside the box
- Draw the right way up, following the arrows
- Fill the box and colour in the background
- Leave out borders, they don’t print well
- Let paint dry fully before packing
Fill the box
Please don't
- Photocopy the art forms
- Use glitter or stick anything on
- Use metallic pens, chalk, pastels, charcoal or graphite pencils
- Fold, staple or tape the form
Keep it flat
Every art form is unique. Its code links the drawing to the child’s own products in the Parents Shop, so please don’t photocopy it. Need more forms? Email funds4school@bangonprint.co.uk and we’ll send extras.
3 Inspiration Sheets
Ideas to get little hands started
A blank box can feel daunting at any age. Our inspiration sheets give every class a starting point, with festive ideas that are simple to draw and look fantastic printed. Print as many as you like, pop one on each table, and let imaginations do the rest.
Tip: the sheets are there to spark ideas, not to be copied line for line. The designs parents treasure most are the ones that look like their child made them.
Inspiration sheets
Festive ideas for every age, from handprints and simple shapes for the youngest children to full winter scenes for older classes.

Let parents know what's coming
The more parents know in advance, the more they look forward to ordering. Our posters are ready to print and put up around school: on the gates, in the reception window and on class noticeboards. You’ll find printed copies in your project pack, and you can download more here.
Best times to put them up: when artwork time begins, and again on the day the personalised postcards go home.

Here’s how artwork from last year’s project at Ponteland came to life. Every design started on one of our art forms and finished as a card, gift or keepsake for families to treasure.
